  • L'honoraire au temps passé
  • L'honoraire au forfait
  • L'honoraire au résultat

Trainings

Céline MIRGALET is member of Reims’s Bar since 2019 after having worked as lawyer in different law offices, and has joined Antelis in 2022.

She has a Master of business law of Reims University.

In collaboration with Celine Rouanet, she assists companies and groups in business law.

She assists and advises entrepreneurs to perform their project, for choosing the best type of company and she assists them along the life of the company for ordinary or exceptional issues.

She deals especially with restructuring operations, elaborating organizational frames, such as mergers, scissions, or partial transfer of assets, or selling of the business or the shares…).

She works also into transfers and acquisitions of companies, either in external growth operation or wealth transmission of the manager when he ceases his activity.
